Background
Davis Ogilvie Projects Ltd evolved from needs identified by the team at Davis Ogilvie & Partners Ltd which is a well-established firm which originated in Christchurch in 1932 and now operates throughout the South Island, having opened branches in Timaru in 1995, Nelson in 2003 and Greymouth in 2008.
The Davis Ogilvie Projects Ltd team has experienced rapid take up of its services and is now expanding its resource base to service the needs of its growing client base.
Areas of Expertise
Development requires a comprehensive understanding of surveying, civil and structural engineering, end user requirements, economics, finance, environmental assessment, consultation, project management, resource consent procedures and supervision of contracts. The combined resources of the Davis Ogilvie group of companies offers a wealth of specialised knowledge and experience in these fields, having been involved with the planning, design and project management of many large and complex developments.
